Avengers End Game

Avengers End Game

Let me start by saying that they saved the best for last. This movie is 3 hours but the total amount of action the movie probably doesn’t even equal 40 minutes. This is such a well-written movie for all characters involved and the way they wrap the story up really couldn’t have been any better. You get to see all your favorite characters that were left behind in Avengers Infinity War come together to try and reverse what happened in the prior film.

The best part about this movie is the fact that you spend about an hour at the beginning just building up what the characters have been doing since the prior film and how they all feel lost. Various individuals in the group feel like they failed and they are responsible for what happened and don’t want to try and reverse the effects. Other members that are left behind have just given up due to the failure of the last film. It takes Scott Lang AKA Ant-Man to reverse all their opinions and thoughts that they can reverse what happened.

I don’t want to give you too much of the plot or the movie because this is a review of the movie and and how the movie has tied up all the Loose Ends and the culmination of 10 years of Marvel movies. This movie does not let anyone down. It is very emotional, sad, triumphant and action-packed. To be honest it’s hard to talk about this movie without giving too much away. So don’t go past this paragraph if you don’t want some more detail about the movie.

Some characters don’t survive this movie and it will be quite shocking to you as an audience member. The movie deals with time travel. You can imagine how Scott Lang AKA Ant-Man plays into that and where he has been since his last time on the big screen. When Scott and went into the quantum Realm is when Thanos made everyone vanish and the movie jumps 5 years since that point but for Scott it’s only been 5 hours. We get to see Thanos and how he’s living his life since the five years of the finger snap and we also get to see Thanos prior to even having the Rings.

The time travel scenes are fantastic and the scenes with Captain America and Ironman together are the best of the film. Thor is hands-down the standout character of the entire movie but I won’t tell you why but you will enjoy it. I’m pretty sure everyone wants to know the role Captain Marvel plays and she’s really well done in this film and not the hero to save all heroes as many may be thinking from the prior film.

There’s a lot to unpack in this movie and it is hands-down the best written of all the movies. The characters are fantastic, the CGI is still the best and the time-travel twists and turns really bring it all together.

If you seen all the movies or if you’ve only seen the Avenger films and maybe just Infinity War do yourself a favor and go see this movie.

There is not a end credit scene so you can leave when it ends.

Simply the best of all the Marvel movies.

The only movie franchise you get a tease of is the Guardians of the Galaxy and it’s fantastic.
